Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services for the renovation to the existing 1,500 SF Brighton High School Science Room C8 Classroom in Brighton, MI.
This scope included all new lab casework/counters/sinks, gas/water/sanitary systems, all new HVAC ductwork and new exhaust fan connections to new lab hood assembly as well as all new lighting, flooring and finishes. The majority of the work took place during school hours presented unique challenges to the project.
