Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services for the renovation to the existing Chemung Hills Golf and Banquet Center owned by Oceola Township in Howell, MI.
This project included a complete interior renovation to construct a new state of the art golf simulator area with four new swing bays fitted out with Trackman infrastructure. The swing bays included complete structural modifications to the roof system to allow higher swing space.
The Chemung Hills Banquet center hosts hundreds of weddings a year. They were in need of bridal suite to allow their guests and brides an area to prepare and stage before their weddings and events. This area has space for large bridal parties and multiple restrooms and changing rooms.
This project was completed for the owner of the golf course, Oceola Township and its board members.
