Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services to construct the Club Champion Golf in Ann Arbor, MI.
Club Champion Golf is a Nationwide Golf brand that custom fits and tests golf equipment. This is their third store in Michigan.
This project was an interior build out of a white box space. Major aspects of this project included new demising walls, new HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical including fire alarm. There was much coordination with the owners golf simulator contractor to ensure the proper clearances, and supporting infrastructure was in place for their installation. This store included 4 swing bays with each having turf flooring and overhead projection.
This project was completed on-time and withing the owners budget. Midwest Contracting Company was thrilled to be a part of this project with another Corporate Client.
