Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services to Costco Wholesale Pharmacies in the State of Michigan.
These projects consisted of a complete renovation of the pharmacy department at multiple stores across Michigan. These projects were unique due to the store and pharmacy remaining open for the duration of the projects. Midwest was able to get this work done while allowing the pharmacy to be completely operational during construction.
Major aspects of the projects included new walls and soffits, new millwork and point of sale areas, patient consultation rooms, all new finishes and a new overhead security door at each location.
