Midwest Contracting Company provided Construction Management services for the new LOC Credit Union Brighton Branch location in Brighton, MI.
The project consisted of a complete demolition of an existing 5,400sf building, complete site development with all new utility services, storm water detention ponds and a shared access drive with the adjacent vacant parcel of property. The new 3,100sf ground up building consists of exterior metal panels, storefronts and fiber cement panels to accent a start of the art interior financial institution.
The project was completed in May of 2024.
